Sehr schöne und komfortable Ferienwohnung in Zentrumsnähe Positive: Super Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Erwachsene. Küche voll ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage mitten im Wohngebiet. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Negative: Leider war bei unserer Ankunft die Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt. Die Reinigungskraft kam mit uns zeitgleich an und bat uns darum, in ca. 90 Minuten nochmal vorbeizukommen. War für uns überhaupt nicht schlimm, da wir dann zuerst Einkaufen gefahren sind.

Positive: Spacious and modern with basic kitchen and bathroom items. Was a comfortable stay for us in the coldest winter spell in Fairbanks. Negative: Bedrooms get super hot if you don't turn the thermostat down in the living room

Good location and well laid out. Positive: The room was comfortable and well laid out. Negative: One evening during our stay, there was construction work happening around 7 PM, but it stopped promptly after we contacted the administrator. Additionally, the rental agency requests that guests strip the beds and place used towels in the washing machine before checkout. Although it's not required and merely appreciated, the request felt somewhat unusual.
