Apart from some cleanliness issues, it is totally worth for the money. Positive: Location is very good if you are here for Northern lights spotting. We can locate Northern lights just outside apartments. Apartment is very good, well maintained and very comfortable and spacious. It is cheaper than any apartment in Fairbanks, so worth for money. Negative: Cleanliness was an issue. There were yellow stains in the toilets and bathtub. Also, there were many utensils which weren't cleaned and washed when we checked in, we had to do dishwasher on checking in. And they had kept only 3 dishwasher pods for us. We had to buy our own pods from Walmart.
