Our stay at The Mountain Top Escape w/Scenic Views & Trails was fantastic. We have nothing but positives to say. Check in was easy, communication with our hosts were exceptional, the property was beautiful, everything and more was supplied. We rented a small tesla and had no issues going up the mountain, which was fantastic. The entire trip was 100% successful. You never know what to expect until you are there and we were very happy and impressed. We would definitely stay there again. Totally deserves a 5 star review.

We loved this home base for our 3 day trip to the Anchorage area. It was super clean and very comfortable and it had fantastic views over Anchorage. It was also very quiet and private. Would definitely stay here again.

Great clean place. Beautiful views of Anchorage below. A moose walked right through the backyard :)

Check in process was tedious. Rental was not a house as listed but an apartment above a garage which was quite noisy when opened/closed several times by homeowner. Parking was inconveniently located up a steep hill, not next to the unit. The site did not feel welcoming as there were several rules posted about the unit including a threat to contact police and be subject to a fine if guests were deemed to be too noisy. Communication with the host regarding issues during the stay seemed to be poorly received. View was very nice and we did see some wildlife.
