The Southern Driftwood Inn 3.0

Very well equipped house, great location for our stay. We were there for a wedding that had events in Fairbanks 2 nights and lake Harding 2 days and house was centrally located. The house could use more fans. Well stocked soaps, laundry detergent etc.

Positive: The house was spacious and clean. Neighborhood was quiet. The mayor passed by and said hi, took pictures with us. Kitchen has a lot of stuff so we were able to cook. We especially enjoyed the laundry facilities. The staff responded quickly when we have inquiries and allowed us for a late checkout.

We were a group of 8 that were seeking to see the Aurora. This home was a great place to accomplish the task! Easy in/out and close to North Pole center and only 20 minutes from Chena Lake Park. We got some great pics and excellent views. The home is very comfortable and has everything you might need. Communication was excellent throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier!!

The location, layout & easy communication made our girl group getaway so fun to coordinate! Plenty of room for all of us, our sewing machines, haberdashery supplies & cooking was a pleasure in the fully stocked kitchen!

Overall a great stay. Positive: Proximity to the the things we wanted to do in Fairbanks and North Pole. It was spacious and plenty of room for our party of 7. Negative: The ramp was icy and we almost fell.
