Positive: The house was spacious and clean. Neighborhood was quiet. The mayor passed by and said hi, took pictures with us. Kitchen has a lot of stuff so we were able to cook. We especially enjoyed the laundry facilities. The staff responded quickly when we have inquiries and allowed us for a late checkout.

Overall a great stay.
Positive: Proximity to the the things we wanted to do in Fairbanks and North Pole. It was spacious and plenty of room for our party of 7.
Negative: The ramp was icy and we almost fell.
