Property was clean and okay inside but management was not up to our expectations Positive: It was clean Negative: Entrance need to be cleaned Communication with staff was only by late reply short message We asked to check in a bit earlier We had to sit waiting till 16h00 at the airport for 5 hours because it was raining. . We thought given that it is one apartment it should take not 5 hours to clean up Specially after you as the guest have to do a lot of the cleaning. . First time in more than 95 countries we needed to remove bedding and dispose garbage outside. Orders to put dishes in dishwasher we couldn’t find We felt like we had to clean up extensively Had to sign a house rules contract before occupancy After wards you get a request to give a good review to keep 5 star rating We have been to many places without this type of nonsense. Far from the shops if you do not have a car.

Perfect for our extra night in Fairbanks and to have somewhere cozy to await our 1:00 am flight home. Positive: Location was perfect! Thoughtful amenities and very comfortable. Customer service was prompt and courteous. Great stay! Negative: N/a

Nice apartment Positive: Beautiful equipped, large and cosy aprtment. Very strong and excellent WLAN. Excellent coffee set and fridge. Safe, quiet and nice environment. Restaurant, family owned and good American food, only 7 min away on the Airport Way - best value for money - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Around the corner: The river for a walk and churches. Negative: The communication was medium: Never impolite, but not in the atmosphere of warm hospitality. The answers on questions or requests were short and business-like. I was never sure, whether writing with the owner or an employee. Bad for foreigners, who have no US-Internet-access: You get important information only 1 day before arrival. If noise-sensitive: You hear the neighbours quite often.
